Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on sitebanterco.com. Please read them before you buy. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Site Banter Co is a trading name of Millstream Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17449105. Registered office: 44 Broad St, WS110DA. Email: info@sitebanterco.com. We are not VAT registered.
2. Our products
We sell printed T-shirts. Every shirt is printed to order once you buy it. We show the designs and colours as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can look slightly different from the real thing.
3. Ordering
When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to confirm your order has been accepted. We may decline an order (for example if there's a pricing error or a design is no longer available); if we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price of the goods. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before going ahead.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days; these are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping policy. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive it. To cancel, email info@sitebanterco.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form below. We'll tell you where to return the item; you then have 14 days to send it back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We'll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the item back. If the item is returned worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
7. Our 30-day guarantee
On top of your legal rights, we'll accept a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for how it works.
8. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email info@sitebanterco.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't pay to return it. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Custom orders
We don't currently take custom or personalised orders.
10. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses (our products are for personal use). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
11. Our designs
All designs, images and text on this website belong to Millstream Trading Ltd. Please don't copy or reproduce them without our permission.
12. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, email info@sitebanterco.com. A real person reads every message and we'll do our best to put it right.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
