Shipping policy
Every Site Banter Co shirt is printed to order, then sent straight to you. Here's how delivery works, in plain English.
Where we deliver
UK addresses only, for now. We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.
What it costs
- UK Standard: £4.99
- UK Standard is free on orders of £74.99 or more
- UK Express: £6.99
You'll see the options and the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees: busy periods and courier delays can occasionally add a day or two.
Your address
Please double-check it at checkout. Because every shirt is made to order, we can't always change an address once your order has gone to print. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do what we can.
Something wrong when it arrives?
Damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered? That's on us. See our Refund policy or email info@sitebanterco.com with your order number and a photo.
