We want you buzzing about your new tee, not stuck reading small print — but here's exactly where you stand, in plain English.
Your Right to Cancel
Every order's printed to order, but that doesn't take away your rights. Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, no reason needed.
To cancel, email Info@sitebanterco.com within those 14 days and let us know. You'll then have 14 days to get the item back to us — we'll confirm where when you get in touch — and once it's back with us, you'll have your refund within 14 days.
Return postage is on you for a change-of-mind return — that's the standard. If it's our mistake, that's different — see below.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We back every order for 30 days from delivery, not just the legal minimum. Wrong size, changed your mind, whatever the reason — email us within 30 days and we'll sort a refund.
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item
Turned up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? That one's on us. Email Info@sitebanterco.com with a couple of photos and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund — no cost to you for our mistake.
Sizing
Every product page has a full size guide before you buy, worth a look — we don't currently offer straight size exchanges (nothing sat in a stockroom to swap from, everything's printed fresh per order). Ordered the wrong size? Treat it as a return under the 30-day guarantee above and we'll get you sorted.
How to Start a Return
- Email Info@sitebanterco.com with your order number and what's going on.
- We'll confirm next steps and, if you need to send anything back, where to.
- Once it checks out, your refund lands on the original payment method within 14 days.
