Orders and printing
How are the shirts made?
Every shirt is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your shirt is made fresh when you order it, then shipped straight to you. US orders are printed in the USA.
What shirt do you print on?
The Gildan 64000 Softstyle, a soft unisex tee. Sizes S to 3XL.
What colors can I get?
It depends on the design, so each product page shows the colors available. Some colors aren't offered in every size.
How do I pick my size?
Every product page has a full size guide. It's worth a look before you order, because we can't do straight size swaps (see Returns below).
Can I get my own name, text or company printed?
Not at the moment. Custom and crew orders aren't something we offer yet.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Please double-check it at checkout. Because every shirt is made to order, we can't always change an address once the order has gone to print. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do what we can.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
The United States and the United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
US: $4.99, and free on orders of $75 or more.
UK: Standard £4.99, free on orders of £74.99 or more. Express £6.99.
You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long does it take?
Printing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Then delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days in the US, or 2 to 4 working days in the UK. Those are estimates, not guarantees: busy periods and carrier delays can add a day or two.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. US orders are printed and shipped inside the USA.

Returns and problems
Can I return a shirt if I change my mind?
Yes. Every order comes with our 30-day guarantee from delivery, wherever you are. Email us with your order number first and we'll confirm where to send it. Return shipping is yours for a change-of-mind return, and your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of it reaching us. UK customers also have their legal 14-day right to cancel. Full details: Refund policy.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I swap it?
We can't do straight exchanges because every shirt is printed fresh for each order. Send it back as a return under the 30-day guarantee and we'll get you sorted.
It arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong.
That's on us. Email info@sitebanterco.com with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Looking after your shirt
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F), inside out. No tumble dry, and don't iron over the print.

Do you have a discount code?
